The anniversary 25th Kremlin Cup by Bank of Moscow took place in Olimpiyskiy Stadium on October 13-19 in 2014.

It was a debut year when the organizers decided to use special stage lighting to make the unique atmosphere on the arena. There were a lot of autograph sessions with famous tennis players to be held during the tournaments as well as there were a lot of activities for kids and quizes for tennis fans in spectators areas and VIP-zone.

The Croat Marin Cilic and the Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut vyed for the singles trophy. The reigning US Open champion of 2014 advanced straight sets 6:4, 6:4. It was his fourth trophy in the season.

The Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova became the champion of women's tournament. She beat the Romanian Irina-Camelia Begu in three sets 6:4, 5:7, 6:1. It was the 7th single title in Anastasia's career. It was the first time in the tournament's history when the qualifier the Czech Karerina Siniakova reaches the quarterfinals.

In the men's doubles tournament the Czech Republic tennis players became the champions. Frantisek Cermak and Jiri Vesely outplayed the second seed Australians Sam Groth and Chris Guccione in the finals. It was the first ATP title for Vesely.

The Swiss Martina Hingis and the Italian Flavia Pennetta, the second seed, and the French Carolina Garcia and the Spaniard Arantxa Parra Santonja, the fourth seed of the tournament, vyed for the women's doubles title, where the most experienced double Hingis and Pennetta won straight sets.
